Cradle Cove to Rockland, Maine / MV Havaseas Nordhavn 50

We are Eric, Kimberley, and Distin. We are from Alaska. We started our adventures in Alaska on our Nordhavn 55. We sold her and are now beginning our adventures on a new to us Nordhavn 50.

We made it to Maine! This week we leave Belfast, Maine to anchor in Cradle Cove. We do a deep dive into how our life raft actually works. Good to know in an emergency! We then explore the Fox Islands Thorofare, Seal Bay, and circumnavigate North Haven Island then anchor up in Rockland Harbor. Join is aboard our Nordhavn 50, as we explore the rugged, wild coast of Maine, in search of the perfect remote anchorage and occasionally visiting a town or two. From fog–shrouded islands to hidden coves only accessible by boat, this journey takes us deep into some of the most beautiful and untouched, cruising grounds in New England.
