TOOL Restoration WOOD CHISEL / Restauration CISEAU à BOIS

Salut les Djeunes!!!
Aujourd’hui on va vous montré une Restauration CISEAU à BOIS.

Nous avons essayer de le moderniser en lui arrondissant les angle afin de lui donner une forme plus "art déco".

RÉALISATION :
On a commencé par coupé la partie du tranchant qui était abîmé pour ensuite effectué un nouveau tranchant un peu plus long que l'ancien (donc plius aérodynamique lol),

Puis vient l'heure du (décrassage) nettoyage à la brosse métallique, puis nous l’avons passé à nla lime pour rectifier les défaut causé par le temps et l'utilisation, ensuite on l’a essuyé, poncer, affûter et enfin poli Le ciseauà bois à était poli jusqu'au grain 5000 puis passez au disque à pré-polir avec sa pâte à polir. Pour finir après fixer sur son manche nous l'avons passé au disque à polir.
Le résultat est au rdv et à la fin de la vidéo nous le testons sur du vrai bois d'arbre lol 😁

PRODUCTION :

We started by cutting the part of the cutting edge that was damaged and then made a new cutting edge a little longer than the old one (therefore more aerodynamic lol), then comes the time for (cleaning) cleaning with a wire brush, then we we passed it to the file to rectify the defects caused by time and use, then it was wiped, sanded, sharpened and finally polished. The result is at the meeting and at the end of the video we test it on real tree wood lol 😁
