WW1 Western Front - day by day positions [FULL]

A full version of the video made by “HHVids”. Both were created with wonderfully detailed maps you can find here: http://www.carto1418.fr/.

The website generated new maps roughly for each month of the war 100 years later, so when HHVids made their video in March 2018, they were not finished being made. Now that it has been far over a year since all maps were finished, and because commenters expressed confusion and frustration over the video being incomplete, I thought I would finish it off (before anyone else could!)

As I am operating on a penniless budget, there are certain mistakes in my version, for example:
*Cutting errors (the video bumps up and down at times)
*Accidental moving of the units, due simply to me doing this in MS Paint (yeah embarrassing I know) and accidentally drawing when doing the meticulous cropping
*Certain days are missing (August 17, 1916; August 18, 1917; and September 9, 1918)
The last error however was not my doing, but rather it was due to my wimpy computer not being able to process all of the images. (Remember I’m operating on a penniless budget here).

My hope more than anything in making this video is that people can understand that Germany was indeed defeated in WW1, and so I can help put an end to the “stab in the back” myth perpetuated after the war and continued to be perpetuated by arm chair historians to this very day.
