In today's vlog we are keeping it real and keeping it elevated at the same time. I am getting my pedicure done — because self care is non-negotiable. I am doing some shopping at HomeGoods and TJ Maxx and picking up a few essentials. I am sharing some beautiful faux floral arrangements I put together at home. But the conversation I really want to have with you today is about perimenopause body care. Specifically the changes that happen to your body during this season — including body odor changes — and how to take care of yourself with intention and without shame.

This is a conversation that does not get had enough and I want to change that. We are women over 40 and we deserve honest conversations and elevated self care. Both things at the same time.
