In this video, I break down The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle in a chapter-by-chapter summary based on the notes I had taken the first time I read it, as well as other sources. The book is very dense, so I tried to keep it to only the most important points (and it still ended up being 15 minutes long!).

Anyway, this has been the most life-changing book I’ve ever read, and I highly recommend you take the time to read it too. After the summary, I give 3 reasons why I think it might be a good idea to read the whole thing, and not just the summary!
