3 DIY Pen Decor Ideas: LIQUID PEN & PILL PEN

How to make a Liquid Pen, a Pill Pen and also any Glitter Pen using plastic test tubes or candy tubes that can be found in crafts stores, on-line or school lab equipment stores (really cheap).
I used hot glue, no need for water-proof glue.
