ABOUT CAMERON FISKE, C.S.
Cameron’s areas of practice include complex commercial litigation, insurance-related matters, class actions, and civil fraud. He regularly appears before the Ontario Superior Court and the Court of Appeal for Ontario.

Cameron’s work involves the representation of institutional clients and individuals. He has successfully prosecuted civil fraud claims at trial and has won appeals before the Divisional Court and the Court of Appeal for Ontario. In a multi-million dollar debt collection fraud case, Cameron won two major contempt decisions against a defendant who was evading judgment as well as debtor-creditor examinations. In 2018, he presented the oral argument for the appellant before a nine-judge panel of the Supreme Court of Canada in a seminal language rights case.

Cameron is a traditional barrister who believes that trial experience is essential for civil litigators. He is also a forceful and tactical negotiator when the circumstances dictate. Cameron has successfully settled dozens of cases over the years in addition to taking claims to trial and to appellate courts.

Cameron periodically lectures on the topic of class actions at the McGill University Faculty of Law. He also contributes regularly to the BCF Class Action NetLetter, published on Lexis Nexis.

Cameron is recognized by the Law Society of Ontario as a certified specialist in Civil Litigation.

ABOUT ANDREW FELDSTEIN:
Andrew Feldstein graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1992. Prior to focusing exclusively on family law, Andrew’s legal practice covered many different areas, including corporate commercial. One of Andrew’s fundamental objectives is to achieve those goals mutually and collaboratively, as set out by him and his client.

Through the years, Andrew has demonstrated his skill and commitment to his clients. In 2010, he was honoured with an inaugural appointment to the Dispute Resolution Officer (DRO) Panel for Newmarket. This appointment was made by the Senior Family Justice for Ontario (The Honourable Madam Justice Mary J. Hatton) and the Regional Senior Judge for the Central East Judicial Region of Ontario (The Honourable Mr. Justice Michael Brown). Lawyers appointed to this Panel function to support the family law court process by aiding couples in attempts to resolve their issues before their case proceeds before a Judge. Andrew was selected for this appointment because of his vast experience with and successful ability to resolve complex family law issues using alternatives to the traditional court methods, including the collaborative family law process.

Andrew actively supports current law students, education, and the legal profession by volunteering as a mentor for the Osgoode Hall Law School Mentor Program. His ongoing dedication to the students of Osgoode Hall Law School has resulted in extremely positive student feedback. Andrew is the Chair of the Articling Committee at Feldstein Family Law Group.
