If You Shorten the Shoulder Seam, Does the Sleeve Need Adjusting?

Today on Fit Tip Tuesday I'm asking a subscriber question. After shortening the shoulder, does the sleeve need to be adjusted. Plus, I'll take it one step farther and show how changing the slope of the shoulder affects the sleeve.
