Text: John 4:7-14

Advertisements saturate our surroundings, ranging from humorous to disheartening, each highlighting different aspects of our lives. A compelling advertisement identifies dissatisfaction and guides us toward fulfilling those needs—whether it's pursuing happiness, alleviating sadness, or combating injustice. Despite consuming products or medications, a universal sentiment persists: an enduring longing for something beyond.

In the fourth beatitude, Jesus presents a solution to our longing: the pursuit of righteousness. However, in a world filled with numerous unmet needs, does righteousness truly provide the answer to satisfy our never-ending desire for something more?

In this lesson, we will challenge Jesus' assertion about the connection between righteousness and satisfaction. In addition, we will explore the concept of righteousness, why to pursue it, and how this can lead to lasting satisfaction.

In order to acquire victory, one has to face the battles or the struggles of life. For the believer, victory is guaranteed. If you are not a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ, you run the risk of loosing everything, including your soul for eternity. This sermon requires you to make a decision, not for today, but for eternity.
