Hamas released 14 Israelis and seven foreign nationals in a third exchange of hostages for Palestinian prisoners, Qatar said.

Saturday’s prisoner swap was thrown into disarray when Hamas accused Israel of failing to allow the agreed amount of aid to be released to northern Gaza.

After an 11th-hour intervention by Egypt and Qatar, the deal was saved and an exchange was made.

Thirteen Israelis and four Thai hostages were transferred to Israel via Egypt and 39 Palestinians released from an Israeli military facility.
