We invited Doug Noordsy, MD, a clinical professor of psychiatry, to present on the basic fundamentals of research in psychiatry. The presenter goes over the types of research, common research questions and challenges, major psychiatric domains and rating scales to measure symptom severity and response.
The SCCR Science Series is a 2-hour lecture held monthly or bi-monthly, covering various scientific and clinical topics with the specific aim to educate members of the clinical research community.
