We caught a MUCH needed break from NYC at last! Simas’ parents invited us to go upstate in New York to the Catskill Mountains. Simas has been there as a kid but not in a long time while it was the first time for Avri to experience this type of environment. We went up on Hunter Mountain and saw some really nice, sleepy mountain towns, including Hunter, Haines Falls, Tannersville, Kaaterskill, Jewett, Woodstock, Shokan, Phoenicia, Catskill and so much more! We even saw lots of wild berries, fruits and even bears!
