Today I visited Cheongga Charcoal Grill near Suyu Station and enjoyed their signature beef short rib set cooked over real charcoal.

The restaurant is spacious, clean, and perfect for family dinners, gatherings, or company dinners. One of the highlights was the beautifully marbled fresh beef ribs, slowly grilled over charcoal for an incredible smoky aroma.

The marinated galbi was equally delicious, especially when dipped into the savory soy-based sauce. Even the grilled green onions became a perfect side dish alongside the juicy beef.

The complimentary soft tofu stew, pickled peppers, and fresh vegetables completed the meal and made every bite even better.
