How do shrimps with herbs and butter impact your blood glucose?

I tested this high-protein, low-carb meal using my CGM (Continuous Glucose Monitor) to find out. With 0g carbs per 100g, I ate a large portion (250g), and my blood sugar remained completely stable—from 5.8 mmol/L (104 mg/dL) before eating to 5.8 mmol/L (104 mg/dL) one hour later.

No spike. No crash. Just steady glucose!
