Mega Man Battle Network 6 - Bugfrag + Zenny farm (SubChip: LocEnemy + NaviCust: Battery)

Once I found out about that Bugfrag + Zenny farm Methode, I've always used it.

Go to Graveyard1 with Battery in your Navi Customizer. This will give us a 50% chance of our desired encounter. We're farming our BugFrags through the in-battle green mystery data that appears during encounters with two DemonEye viruses (this mystery data has a 25% chance of providing 5 BugFrags). Make sure part of the Battery program is hanging outside of the Navi Customizer. This will cause a beneficial bug that increases the frequency of virus encounters.
