2018 Easiest drone build stack Emax magnum and Hobbywing xrotor

I get the question over and over what the best build list is and while there are lots of cheapest build videos not many outline what the best option is for the person who doesn’t mind spending some dollars but wants to sift through all of the mountains of information for a concise list.
