Comparing SmallRig's New Mini Matte Box with Tilta's

I'm a fan of mini matte boxes. When Tilta came out with theirs, I ordered it immediately. SmallRig had a lightweight option before but it was too big for my liking, but recently they have announced a 'mini' matte box as well, a tad bigger than the Tilta, but solves a lot of drawbacks I had with it. At least on paper...

Please note this is not a review of the SmallRig, I don't have one to test. It's a comparison along with a mini rant of some of the things I didn't like with the Tilta.
