How to reupholster your dining chair seat pad

Tools:
Staple gun and Staples
Pair of pliers
Staple remover
Wooden mallet

Sundries:
Needle felt to re-pad your seat.
Lux bond for padding before fabric.
Dipryl for the bottom cloth.
Your chosen fabric to cover your seat.
