Chefs of Modern Manila | EIC On The Move Season 2

On this episode of EIC On The Move, Raul takes a food trip through modern Manila cuisine with AMEX for Foodies. It's a journey through four restaurants the city's multi-awarded chefs.
He begins in Robby Goco's SOUV! by Cyma, a rich, luxurious take on modern Greek cuisine, then continuous for dessert at Miko Aspiras' Le Petit Soufflé, a Japanese French café with the pastry chef's take on sweet and savory favorites.
For a taste of wood-grilled steaks, Raul continuous at Josh Boutwood's Savage, which remained pre-industrial meat-grilling. To top everything off, he ends with a modern degustation and a cocktail at Gallery by Chele, with his old friend Chele Gonzalez. It's a food trip across flavors, cooking methods and cuisine all here within the Metro.
