It was incredible to hear Claire talk so openly and honestly about her journey with her own mental health, revealing that after having a 'breakdown' in her mid-twenties she went on a long journey with therapy. What Claire says about how opening up to others has 'changed my life' is so important and shows how sharing our truth with our friends, especially now, is so important thing we can do for our own well being. Well, we need each other more than ever before, don't we?
