Hermelijn and Flexity 2 Albatros Trams De Lijn in Ghent, Belgium 2021

This video has a purpose to give an impression of the tram network in Ghent. It was recorded on busier places. There are 2 tramtypes in Ghent, the bydirectional Siemens Mgt 6 'hermelijn' tram and the bydirectional Bombardier Flexity 2 'albatros' tram. The same tram types as in Antwerp but bydirectional. There are 3 lines, line 1 between Flanders expo and Evergem, line 2 between Melle Leeuw and Zwijnaarde and line 4 beween Uz and moscou. However, service to moscou has been suspended due to the bad track conditions and now stops at Ledeberg. In the video line 4 was split due to works, this is why there are 4 destinations on line 4.
