Hong Kong-Singapore travel bubble sets an example for the world, says Singapore transport minister

In an interview with the South China Morning Post on Friday morning, before Hong Kong announced a rise in virus cases, Singapore’s Minister for Transport Ong Ye Kung said the travel bubble between the Asian aviation hubs would set an example for air travel around the world. From November 22, 2020, travelling between the two cities will be possible without mandatory quarantines, provided that travellers test negative before boarding their flights.
The arrangement, however, will be suspended for two weeks if the daily average number of untraceable Covid-19 cases for the past seven days goes above five.
