Our animal photoshoot featuring squirrels and birds took a wild turn when Tripod and her fawn, Tzumi, decided to crash the scene! 🐿️🦌

This video introduces you to Tripod, a wild doe who has captured our hearts. We have been taking care of her from a distance since she showed up in our yard a few years ago. Every year she has her fawn in the woods behind our house.

Despite an injury to her front left hoof, she’s tough, resourceful, and absolutely adorable. We’ve made it a point to spoil her with treats, and today she brought along her our newest addition to the herd —the namesake of our channel, Tzumi Woods.

The video opens with a cheeky squirrel nibbling black sunflower seeds from a sailboat prop in our bird feeder as planned. Just as things seem quiet, Tripod wanders in, sending the squirrel off to watch from a safe distance. Not long after, Tzumi joins her, and the two share a sweet snack side by side.
