Pulwama Sees Major Changes After Article 370 Abrogation | Activist Speaks

Pulwama, Jammu and Kashmir: Highlighting the transformation in the region after the abrogation of Articles 370 and 35A, social activist Rayees Ahmad spoke about the significant improvements in daily life, security, and development.

According to him, roads, markets, schools, and colleges are now fully functional, reflecting a sense of normalcy that was missing earlier. He recalled that before the abrogation, educational institutions remained open only for a few days each month due to frequent strikes and unrest, while markets often stayed shut during hartals.

Rayees Ahmad emphasized that one of the biggest changes is the sense of safety among the youth. Earlier, uncertainty and fear were common, but now people feel confident about stepping out at any time, even late at night, with the assurance of returning home safely.
