WEEKEND IN MY LIFE VLOG | bike rides, pilates workouts, peanut butter bars

A weekend in my life at home in quarantine! My mom and I finally get our bikes in order and go on a few rides around the neighborhood. We do a killer leg workout, and I film my pilates video for class. I make peanut butter bars that didn't turn out like they were supposed to but still tasted really good 😋

her recipe that I attempted to follow:
BISCUIT BASE
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 oats
1/4 cup macadamias
5 dates pitted
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp protein powder
pinch of salt

CARAMEL LAYER
6 dates pitted
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 cup milk (add gradually to see, because you want it to be as thick as possible)

CHOCOLATE LAYER
1 block of dark (100grams)
