My Curly Girl Routine | Full Wash Day for 2B-2C Waves/Curls

I started the Curly Girl Method five months ago. Through a lot of experimentation I found the suite of products and styling techniques that work well for my hair. This particular routine performs great in humid summer months.

I have high porosity 2B-2C waves and curls with mostly fine to medium strand width and normal to normal-high density. My grays are coarser. My hair loves protein and easily gets over-moisturized from products and humidity.

My scalp is sensitive and prone to irritation and dandruff. The apple cider vinegar in the AG shampoo and conditioner have really made a difference in keeping my scalp healthy. Once a month I use a sulfate-based tea tree oil shampoo to clarify, followed by a protein/moisture balanced deep conditioner.
