In this video I talk about being VERY protective and playing defense which will help you lose less and win more.

Emotions are the root cause to mostly all trading failures
You gain conviction in trading when you have an edge.
When you have an edge, you trade your setups because you know they work for you in the long run.

Need to trade without HESITATION/FEAR.

When you hesitate, you lag.
When you lag you process information later than it's received.
When you process information later than it's received and act upon it at some point other than RIGHT NOW, you skew your risk : reward.
Anything that skews your risk to reward will force you to be right as much as possible and wrong as little and few as possible.

-Confirmation = stop loss = target = entry (react as fast as possible) = follow my plan with little emotions
If the risk:reward DOESN’T make sense, I DON’T take the trade and will just wait for a better opportunity.
-Defense OVER offense !
