We can all agree that many young people have amazing talents, but often can use some mentoring and leadership. Today we take a look at Mentor U and their Discovery Year Program that helps young people decide what options are available to them in life and how to become leaders of their community.

Arielle is a Burlington based student currently at school in Ottawa and joins us to talk about the program and the benefits she found from taking a year to discover the road for the future.

Jay Gosselin is the Founder and President of Mentor U Leadership Academy and talks to us about the benefits of young people learning what they like to do helping them build confidence for the future.
