Lamar Odom has always been a trailblazer. As a basketball player, he rose to the top of the professional sports world. In his new documentary, Reborn, he invites us to observe his personal healing journey as he bravely explores several different cutting-edge (and ancient) treatments to heal PTSD, anxiety, and addiction.

After losing his infant son, and suffering many personal traumas, Lamar fell into patterns of addiction that eventually led to a terrifying overdose. He was comatose for several days, suffering 12 strokes and 6 heart attacks. When he recovered, his doctors called him “a walking miracle,” and he realized he needed to take drastic action to reclaim his life.

In this intimate portrait, witness Lamar break free from destructive patterns and needless suffering. The film highlights Lamar’s journey, guided by psychedelic concierge and film director Zappy Zapolin, as he implements therapies such as ketamine, ibogaine, plant medicines, and daily practices. His brave healing journey role models a powerful path of evolution, towards a life that is truly worth living.
