Hotpot Potatoes - African Style

INGREDIENTS
3lb potatoes
2lb beef
6 Tbsp oil
2 Tbsp tomato paste
1 medium onion
4 Tomatoes chopped
1 tsp thyme
2 tsp chicken bouillon
2 cups chicken broth
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
salt and pepper to taste
