In this video men's style, grooming, fitness and lifestyle expert, Aaron Marino of IAmAlphaM, AaronMarino, and Pete & Pedro is taking you along ALL DAY! Yes, VLOG style! You better be well rested! Alpha's day starts pretty early.


Outline of Alpha's Day
5:15am ALARM
Around 6am, heads to Starbucks
6:15am until 7am, answers emails and creates video content at Starbucks.
At 8am, goes for a run and then eats breakfast. After run, grooming time.
10:30am, arrives at office for work which includes emails, editing videos for IAmAlphaM and Alpha M. YouTube, Pete & Pedro, Tiege Hanley, and more such as StyleCon, MENfluential, and AaronMarino.com.
6:30pm is time to hit the gym for a workout.
After the gym, it's home for dinner and some more work (from the couch).
10pm is bedtime!


Grooming Demonstration
Braun is killing it with shave tech and grooming. They have some new products such as this all-in-one product (model #MGK3080) that Alpha test-drives in this video. He goes over the contents and then tries out each. He demonstrates the following: neck, facial hair, above lip, and wet/dry body grooming with details for each. His conclusion? It's a rock star and incredible!
