Jesus told us that love is not a choice, it's a commandment. A self-giving love where we give our life for others.

Jesus gave us a way to make sure that everyone knows about the Gospel, by loving one another.

The Bible also talks a lot about suffering and how they lead to a closer relationship with God, a bond with Christ so that we can show love and share His love with others.
