Eventbrite Zoom Integration: Host Virtual Events & Conferences with Zoom

Eventbrite’s new Zoom integration makes hosting a virtual conference or event even easier. Key benefits organizers will see a faster loading time, a more simplified setup, the ability to add multiple Zoom modules to an Online Event Page, and you can manage your Zoom events without leaving Eventbrite. All while still giving you the ability to monetize your virtual conference or event, track attendance, and gate access to your event.

The new integration will drastically shorten the time it takes to connect your virtual events to Zoom. It will also allow you to seamlessly create and edit Zoom meetings and webinars directly within the Eventbrite platform. We hope these improvements will empower you to spend more time bringing your online experience to life and less time troubleshooting.

Once you set your location on your event to “online,” a new section for the event creation is added for an Online Events Page. Think of this as your virtual venue where attendees will attend your event. The updated Zoom integration makes it easier to add Zoom modules to this page. You start by logging into your Zoom account through Eventbrite, select a user on your account, and finally create a new Zoom meeting or webinar or select an existing meeting or webinar already on your Zoom account.

If your meeting has multiple sessions, you can add them here and gate access based on the ticket an attendee purchased, set a time for links to show, and embed the content on Eventbrite so only attendees logged in on their Eventbrite account will be able to view your virtual event. You can also add images, text, and links for your attendees to have everything they need to participate in your event right at their virtual fingertips. You can also use our automatic check-in feature to track who came to your event.

Eventbrite gives event organizers the flexibility to edit their Online Event Page as needed. You can now add additional modules and delete modules. The Eventbrite integration also saves you time because edits made on Eventbrite will update your Zoom account. Saving you time and keeping content consistent across both platforms.

An additional benefit of the Eventbrite integration is that you can now embed your Zoom on the Eventbrite Online Event Page. This eliminates the need for attendees to create and login to a Zoom account and removes the requirement for installing additional software. Attendees will have the same functionality they would if they joined in Zoom and will not have the actual Zoom link to share with others that are not registered for your event.
