Penn State wide receiver recruiting has been radio silent since Lyrick Samuel committed to the program early in the process. Because of that, fans are getting antsy to find new solutions to the team's issues in the passing game. But that is all about to change.

Penn State's top targets are set to decide in the next several weeks and recruiting insider Ryan Snyder previews the major decisions, most of which center around the pass catchers. The wide receiver dam will break in the next four days, with Jeff Exinor and Corey Simms deciding on Friday and Monday. Will Penn State be the pick for either player?
