Grilled Ribeye with Chimichurri Hack!

Check out these grilled ribeye steaks. I wanted to make a low-carb grilled dinner. Marinade the steaks overnight....once you get home from work, take them out of the fridge, start the grill and grab an adult beverage. I seasoned a half red pepper and a quarter of red onion and wrapped them in foil and placed them on the grill; I recorded footage when I opened the foil to char them a bit. I cannot find the footage....apologies.
