Abstract: Any attack speed above 163% on Razor makes no difference. This experiment was compared with various attack speeds ranging from 100% to 242%, each part including the method showing how that particular attack speed was achieved. Every attack speed recorded was compared side by side allowing a comparison of the attack speeds to be shown in this video.
