NR2003 Richmond Hot Lap 9/8/10

For starters, I am no pro at Nascar Racing 2003. To give me something to do I am gonna post hot laps for each Nascar race in the 2010 season. I am using the CoT with the spoiler with 2010 car sets. For the hot lap, I will use the race winner from the previous race. In this case, Tony Stewart won the 2010 Emory Healthcare 500 at Atlanta Motor Speedway. I used him for the Richmond Hot Lap.
