How to protect against email #spoofing in #Google #GSuite?

Well there are many tools that are available for you to help you do that. The very first layer is setting up an SPF record.

SPF record is a mechanism that helps you make sure only the email generated from your G Suite domain or any other authorize email server you are using is accepted by destination email servers and receivers.

This is done by adding the public IPs of those authorized email servers to a TXT DNS record so destination email servers and receivers can query and validate the result.

If a message fails the SPF check then it will either be rejected, delivered to spam, or marked as failed the SPF check and then delivered to the mailbox of the recipient user.

Once SPF is setup and done, then you will be ready to move to DKIM , then apply DMARC policy record!
