Today I have a special tea time recipe, here i am going to make tasty and healthy Naan Khatai without oven at home. You no need oven to prepare Nan khatai. Nankhatai is a shortbread biscuits, originating from the Indian subcontinent, popular in Northern India and Pakistan.
The word Nankhatai is derived from Persian word Naan meaning bread and "Khatai" from a Dari Persian word meaning Biscuit. In Afghanistan and Northeast Iran, these biscuits are called Kulcha-e-Khataye.
Here are the required ingredients to prepare this awesome Naan Khatai without oven.
i- All purpose flour 1/2 cup
ii- Sugar powder 1/2 cup
iii-Besan 1tbs
iv-Semolina 1tbs
v-Homemade pure butter 4tbs
vi-Baking powder 1/2 tbs
vii-cardamom powder 1 pinch
viii-Almond 8-10 pc
