It’s not the achievement that gives you purpose It is the pursuit of it

I’ve stood on stages around the world. I’ve coached executives who earn more in a month than I saw in my first few years of life.

And still... none of those achievements compare to the feeling of pursuit.

When I was growing up in poverty, barefoot in Jamaica, I didn’t dream of trophies or titles.

I dreamed of becoming.
Of stretching.
Of discovering what was possible for someone like me.

Purpose isn’t found at the finish line.
It lives in the steps you take to get there.

So if you’re in the grind, in the growth, in the middle...
Don’t rush through it. That’s where your purpose is unfolding.
