This talk discusses how the gut microbiome affects our health and behavior and how modern lifestyles have disrupted its function. My name is Jacen Sullivan, I am a junior at the Franklin School of Innovation in Asheville, North Carolina. I like watching movies and cooking interesting food. My favorite time of day is mid morning. I am interested in health, environmental issues, and art throughout history.
