What is going on in Europe ? Why are Tesla’s competitors hardly selling anything ?

So I would really like to get your help, to understand what is going on in Europe. Because Tesla’s lead here is kind of crazy, and even me, the Tesla fanboy, has a hard time understanding exactly why ? Is there a different reason to why Tesla is still beating all of the competition, like they weren't even there.
