2 medium size of tomato
1.2kg pata or pork knuckles
1-2 liters sabaw ng pata
2 tbsp fish sauce
1 pc of pork cube
kang kong (accdg to your preferences)
tamarind powder (accdg to your preferences)
puso ng saging / banana heart (accdg to your preferences)
okra (accdg to your preferences)
green chili (accdg to your preferences)
