We bought a New House

We recently bought a new investment property. Normally we pay cash for the saddest homes in the best neighborhoods and completely rehab them; literally taking the houses down to the studs. This house is not that old and was a custom built home; we financed this home because interest rates are so low. It has sat empty for over 3 years and needs some serious TLC. It is a beautiful home with 3 stories of living space and an apartment over the garage. With the long term leases, we will realize a positive cash flow of 1500.00 per month and also be able to write off the 3.1% interest. It was a no brainer to buy.
