Here's the complete broadcast of the series finale of The Carol Burnett Show (officially titled "A Special Evening with Carol Burnett," S11E24) as seen on WBBM Channel 2. It's a bit on the ghosty side, reception-wise.

This was a 2-hour retrospective of moments from the show's 11-year, 279-episode run, plus two new sketches and a cameo. With Vicki Lawrence and Tim Conway; show voiceover by Ernie Anderson.
