In a previous video we talked about how Nile Niami is one of the biggest real estate developers in LA, specifically Bel Air, and he is getting a lot of attention lately because his 105,000 square foot mega mansion called 'THE ONE' is about to hit the market for around $500 million dollars. In my last video a lot of people commented about Nile Niami being in bankruptcy or his $500,000,000 spec build being foreclosed on. In the video today, we talk about the state of Nile Niami's current financial situation, specifically as it relates to The One. This video is meant to just cover the facts based on what has been published in the news, and it is not meant to tarnish Nile Niami's reputation or shed him in a bad light. Nile Niami is somebody that I look up to as a luxury developer, he just has unfortunately found himself in a stick situation because The One house had so many construction delays.
