Tonight, Kian Lawley & JC Caylen welcome the Dad of the Vlog Squad Jason Nash into their kitchen to flip the classic lasagna onto its head by using Doritos Nacho Cheese chips! Grab your bag of Doritos, get your cheesy dad jokes ready, and feed your late night munchies with this bold new lasagna!

RECIPE
DORITOS LASAGNA
(Makes 8-10 servings)

INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 pounds ground beef (85:15)
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
1 teaspoon red chili flakes (pizza packet)
kosher salt, to taste
black pepper, to taste
2 24-ounce jars Tostitos mild salsa
4 cups Mexican blend shredded cheese
1 9-ounce bag Doritos Nacho Cheese chips, a few chips set aside
Fresh cilantro leaves, finely chopped

PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 375°F
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the olive oil and ground beef, sauteeing until browned. Use a wooden spoon to break up the meat into small pieces.
Season with cumin, garlic, salt, black pepper, and chili flakes.
Pour in the salsa and bring to a simmer.
Pour in ⅓ of the meat sauce into the bottom of a 9x13” baking dish.
Then layer on top ½ of the Doritos.
Sprinkle on top ⅓ of shredded cheese. Repeat these steps for another layer.
For the final layer pour on top the remaining sauce and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes until the top is bubbling and slightly browned.
Garnish with freshly chopped cilantro and Dorito crumbles.
