Top 3 Body weight Shoulder Exercises - (Front, Middle, Rear) Whats going on people! This video shows my personal top 3 body weight exercises that build big shoulders. HSPU, Pseudo planche push ups and Tuck planche push ups. Work towards these three movements with the progressive exercises shown in the vid. Remember to hit all three heads of the deltoid/shoulder. PUSHING MOVEMENTS FOR FRONT/MIDDLE DELTS AND PULLING MOVEMENTS FOR REAR DELTS.
