Cheesecake Factory CopyCat: Avocado Egg Rolls

In this video I will be showing you how to make avacado egg rolls !

Ingredients:
15 egg roll wraps
3 barely ripe avacado ( do not use ripe Avacados)
1/3 cup chopped cilantro
1/3 cup diced red onions
4 tbsp sun dried tomatoes in the oil
1/2 tsp salt

Sauce:
4 tsp white vinegar
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
1/3 cup honey
1/2 cup chopped cashews
1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp black pepper
3 tbsp olive oil
Mix all ingredients together in a food processor until smooth !
The avocado egg rolls also go great with sweet chili sauce which you could purchase at your local grocery store :)
