For those of you watching this video for the first time because you're tired of struggling with your weight, I want to share my journey with you. I’ve been following a Keto diet for just under four months now and have lost 50lbs. Alongside Keto, I practice Intermittent Fasting with an 18-hour fasting window and a 6-hour eating window. During that 6-hour period, I eat two satisfying meals—no snacking in between. I also make it a point to walk every morning to stay active.

The hardest part when you first start is dealing with your brain constantly telling you to grab a snack. But here’s the thing: with Keto, you’re getting plenty of healthy fats, protein, and essential nutrients from the meals you prepare. You won’t starve, even though your brain might try to convince you otherwise. The real challenge is overcoming those impulsive cravings that are fueled by old habits.

My advice? Prepare only wholesome, Keto-friendly meals. Stay disciplined with your eating window. Resist the urge to cheat.
